Upon returning to Anchorage staff shipped out through cargo a personal PPE duffle bag and mistakenly did not remove the 2 cans of bug spray that were in the duffle bag. The duffle bag was misplaced in Seattle during the plane change from Seattle to Anchorage and it found its way to baggage claim in SEA. When there searched and realized this they found it and rechecked it through their screening process and found the cans. They were obligated to contract FAA and held it SEA until FAA deemed it safe to release. It was an oversight on the staff member part not to remove the cans. FAA would file a report and send it to main office.
